The staff were warm and accommodating; they even helped me with a special request for Saudi coffee. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the pool area provided a relaxing retreat. Wi-Fi was reliable, and the amenities were great.

I had such a frustrating experience with the AC. It didn't cool at all, and when I asked the front desk, they just brushed it off, saying it was the standard temperature. I ended up sleeping with the window open!

The mountain view from the room was amazing, and the room itself was so spacious and looked like it was just built. I really liked that they had a TV with all the channels, the climate control was spot on, and there was even a safe for keeping my belongings secure. 🌄 Can't ask for more! .
